Honestly? Terrifying. And exhilarating. And usually… worth it.
Fear shows up in all kinds of sneaky ways—whether it's stepping on stage in front of hundreds of people, raising your hand in a meeting, or launching that project you've been sitting on for way too long. Our brains are wired to protect us, which often means they whisper don’t do it when the truth is… we probably should.
But here’s the thing: every time I’ve pushed through the fear, even just a little, something good has come from it. Confidence. Growth. A story to tell. And yes, sometimes a facepalm-worthy flop—but even that comes with a lesson (and a laugh).
So, how does it feel to do something you’re afraid of?
Like courage. Messy, beautiful, shaky-handed courage.
What’s one thing you’ve done scared lately?
